Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items, we offer white-glove delivery which may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location and custom assembly requirements.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Artisout furniture pieces include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.
